COLLECTION

Once you receive a confirmation that your products are ready for collection, you may collect them from our warehouse at the address below Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (excluding bank holidays).

Please Note: Our warehouse location is meant solely for order collections and does not include a showroom or guarantee the availability of any products that were not confirmed to be in stock prior to your arrival.

DELIVERY

Most of our products offer two options for delivery:

  • Delivery in Dublin (and within 10 miles)
    This option may be selected along with assembly on delivery for certain products.
  • Nationwide delivery outside of this area
    This option does not offer assembly on delivery at this time.

Please select the appropriate option based on your location when ordering the products.

STOCK STATUS

We source our products from a variety of European suppliers and depending on the product and demand, some products may not be in stock and the delivery time might be prolonged as a result. The estimated delivery times shown on the website are for informational purposes only.

To enquire about the stock status of your desired products please call us on our support number.

RETURNS

We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Consumer contracts are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 (as amended) (“the Act”) and other applicable legislation.

Under the Act the purchaser of goods has a number of rights, including that:

1. Goods must be of merchantable quality – goods should be of reasonable quality taking into account what they are meant to do, their durability and their price; and

2. Goods must be fit for their purpose – they must do what they are reasonably expected to do; and

3. Goods must be as described – the buyer must not be misled into buying something by the description of goods or services given orally by a salesperson or an advertisement.

For products that are not custom made, you have the right to return products purchased through our website as long as you submit your return request within 14 days of the day you received the products. The products should be in the same condition as you received them in, and must include the packaging (which can be open, but not damaged or affected in any way that would prevent resale) and extras. Once your product has been returned to us and has been inspected by our team, we will contact you to reimburse you the cost of the product(s), minus a fixed 100 EUR restocking fee. You will receive your money within 7 days after your refund has been approved. If your product was damaged during shipment, you are exempt from the restocking fee.

For products that are custom made, such as our range of custom beds, there are no returns and no refunds unless the product arrived damaged or does not match the specifications of the order that was placed. Please note that time frame estimations are for informational purposes only, and they may be affected by factory workload, supplier stock status for materials, material and fittings delivery schedule and other circumstances outside of our control. We always try to work with our customers in the rare case when a significant delay may be incurred.

We aim to have the products ready within the stated time frame. However, delays that are outside of our control don't affect this returns policy.
